1.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Amendment Ordinance, 1918,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2.

This Ordinance was introduced in accordance with the directions

of the Secretary of State in his despatch of the 19th November, 1918.

5.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the

Officer Administering the Government may properly assent in the name

of His Majesty and on His behalf.
